Brian made our purchase a great experience. When we came in he listened to what we were needing the machine for and knew what would work best for us on the ranch. The customer service was excellent , there was no push to sell. Brian explained to us the machines he had or could get then asked us if we needed time to think about it, handed us his card and said when your ready or if you have questions let me know. Mr. Dale himself was very hands on in our purchase. Along with Brian, Mr. Dale took the time to chat with us about the machine we picked and gave us more input on the machine and its features. Mr. Dale also checked on us several times though out the deal to make sure we were still okay with everything and to assure us that since we ordered the machine that when it came in if it wasn't what we wanted it would be no big deal to look at something else. Dale's Fun Center to me is one of the easiest places we have dealt with in purchasing anything, Even the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Every paper we signed or didn't sign was explained to us and if we had a question the time was taken to make sure it was answered. It was just an overall great experience.
