I brought my 2015 Mule in Dale's Fun Center for a full service and to have a new rim installed. Hellen Clifford took my instructions and explained the process, and Collin Davis performed the services. Helen made my wait comfortable by finding me a table so that I could work on my computer while I waited. Throughout the process, Helen kept me updated on status and even saved me money by asking if I had an Ag exemption. Collin changed the oil and filter and gaskets and changed the front and rear differential fluids. He changed the air filters, spark plugs and fuel filters and even fixed the brake light. Lastly, he added sealant to all the tires, which was appreciated given the rough terrain where I operate the Mule. I was in and out in 2-1/2 hours and on my way back to Houston. Very fast and efficient services. I will be back next year for my annual full service and for any further repairs in the future. Thank you, Craig
