Called on a Thursday afternoon to purchase a windshield for my Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT. They had the item in stock and we made the transaction over the phone. Drove up Saturday morning to pick it up, the showroom opened on time (10 am), walked up to the parts counter, told them who I was and what I was wanting to pick up. Heather heard me in the back, associated my name with product purchased, and two gentlemen immediately went to retrieve the windshield for me. I pulled around under the canopy and they loaded the windshield in the bed of my truck for me. Entire process, start to finish, took less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be using Dale's again!
