Made appointment with Burt couple days previous. when I got to the shop he was waiting, he had quotes on a couple bikes took a few minutes to review them. Decided on the Kawasaki haggled for maybe two minutes on the price. he took off came back with pretty close to what I wanted. sighed some paper work ,it was done. I think we were at the shop maybe hour 15min. everyone in the store was friendly and courteous. I did like no bullshit ,lets make it happen. my experience was great.
