I have been in several times for parts, trouble shooting suggestions and when I cant fix it, service. The team at Dale's is absolutely top notch!! Kim and Casey will help you find just the right parts and answer any questions to help you fix it yourself. Every now and then, I just don't have the knowledge or the tools to fix it and that is where Helen and Jimbo come in. They are awesome in getting me taken care of, suggesting related services that I might not have thought of and getting me out quickly. Today I needed a carb rebuilt and I dropped my 4 wheeler off at noon and they called me to pick it up at 4pm. Not everyday will be like this but man what GREAT SERVICE!!!!
